Supporting Your Mental Wellness

It is my belief that therapy provides a unique, collaborative atmosphere for clients to create positive change in their lives. Obtaining supervision to become an independently licensed therapist is a similarly exciting time of growth and change. I am grateful to be part of each person's unique journey.
